Arrival is from 2:45pm in The Lantern Room, Bristol Register Office, BS1 1JG. Please be seated by 3pm.

There are direct trains from London and Birmingham to Bristol Temple Meads, located 0.8 miles walk / 9 min taxi from the Register Office.

If driving, most streets in central Bristol are permitted on Saturdays. The Grove car park is closest to the reception venue. The what3words location is nerve.maps.dwell. Other long stay car parks nearby are Millenium Square car park and Trenchard Street car park.

Local taxis and Ubers are available throughout the day and night.

Weather bearing, guests are welcome to walk (0.5 miles) or hop in a taxi.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask you to put phones and cameras away during this time. We will have a professional photographer capturing these moments for us. Rest of the day, snap away!

We are keeping our existing titles and surnames, “Ms Francesca Luttrell” and “Mr James Knighton”. Address us as you always have!

Yes! We have a kids menu available also. Our only ask is to kindly step out for a breather if little ones get upset during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

The three-course evening meal will be served at 6pm, so we recommend eating lunch before the ceremony. There will also be cake and late night nibbles later in the evening.
